Thai massage, in three versions
Thai massage is not like an oil massage. The work is pressure and stretching, and you take some part in it: you get unfolded and turned.
Thai Relaxing
The classic version, no oil. Pressure along the body lines and slow stretches. The most supple of the three, and the right place to start if you have never had one.
Thai with Warm Oils
The same work, with heated oils. More fluid, less dry, and closer to what most people expect a massage to feel like.
Thai Energy
Quicker and more stimulating. This is the one to take in the morning, or when you want to leave awake rather than soft.
Which to take
First time: Thai Relaxing. You dislike the feel of a dry hand on skin: Warm Oils. You have a day ahead of you: Thai Energy.
All three come in an hour and an hour and a half. For a first try, an hour is plenty.
