Fourteen massages: which one to choose

Fourteen massages on one menu is a lot of similar names. Here is the only question that matters: what do you want to feel like on the way out.

You want to unwind

Take the Massage Bien-Être. Warm oil, medium pressure, neck down to the feet. It is the default, and if you are torn between several, it is this one.

The Hot Stone Massage goes further into heat: warmed basalt laid along the back, then worked by hand.

You are knotted up

The three Thai massages are for that, and the difference between them is simple:

  • Thai Relaxing: pressure and stretching, no oil. The most supple.
  • Thai with Warm Oils: the same work, with heated oils. More fluid.
  • Thai Energy: quicker and more tonic. To wake you up, not to send you off.

You want one area worked

Foot Reflexology works the feet only. Dreamcatcher does the head, neck and scalp and nothing else, and most people fall asleep in it.

You are coming as two

Shared Relaxation is two tables side by side and two therapists. Not to be confused with the Four Hands Massage, which is two therapists working on one person.

You are pregnant

The Prenatal Massage is done on your side, propped with cushions, from the fourth month onward. Tell us how far along you are when you book.
