A sound bath just for you: settle in, close your eyes and let the crystal bowls wrap you in long, pure, enveloping vibrations. A short guided meditation opens the session, a moment of silence closes it, and you leave with a message card to take with you.

Sound Bath for Two
The same sound bath, side by side. The sound and vibration spread, thoughts slow, the body lets go, and each of you has a personal, intimate experience in a calm you share.

Group Sound Bath
A sound bath for a group of ten. Everyone lies down, closes their eyes and is carried by the sound. At the end, those who wish can put a few words to what they felt, freely and with no obligation.

A guided meditation to quiet the mind, slow the breath and come fully back into your body. Nothing to get right, nothing to control: you simply let yourself be guided.
